Community Health Needs Assessment
Since 2015 Lee County Health Department has partnered with Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center (formerly Fort Madison Community Hospital) and Blessing Health Keokuk (formly Keokuk Area Hospital, closed 2021) to administer the Lee County Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). The CHNA and Health Improvement Plan (HIP) highlights goals and objectives that we would like to see accomplished in Lee County. This process will take place every 3-5 years.
