I-Smile Silver

I-Smile Silver is a program for at-risk adults and older Iowans in only ten counties modeled after I-Smile because of its widespread success.  LCHD provides I-Smile Silver services for Des Moines, Lee, and Van Buren Counties.  Funding is received from Iowa Department of Health and Human Services and made possible by Delta Dental of Iowa Foundation and Health Resources and Services Administration.  For more information on the I-Smile Silver program click here.

• Heart Problems
• Pneumonia
• Diabetes
• Difficulty Eating
• Preterm low-birth weight babies
