Skilled Nursing

Skilled Nursing is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day.  LCHD nursing staff provides:

• Dressing Changes
• Medication Management
• Ostomy/Catheter Care
• IV Care
• Pain Control
• Therapy
• Blood Draws of Lab Work
• Diabetic Teaching Care
• Bowel Care
• Vital Signs
• Health Teaching
• Specialized Care for the Terminially Ill
• Coordination of Meals, Supplies & Medical Equipment 

Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Medical Social Services are available to persons in their homes as they recover from illness.
