Empowering Families is a group of community members and agencies working together to prevent child abuse & neglect and improve resiliency in Lee County families.
Your voice is important in deciding how to improve our community!
We want to hear your ideas on:
- What are your top concerns for Lee County?
- How can we better support families? How can we support families struggling with substance abuse, mental health, or other challenges?
- What questions do you have about child abuse prevention?
Empowering Families is part of the Resilient Communities Demonstration Project. Lee County Health Department receives these grant funds as part of the Iowa Child Abuse Prevention Program (ICAPP) in partnership with the Child Abuse Prevention Council of Lee County.
